Your mission
As our first Sales Manager USA, you’ll open the door to the U.S. market for medikit. Your job is to proactively generate new business by identifying dental and veterinary practices, reaching out to them, and turning conversations into customers. This is a hands-on outbound role for someone who loves the hunt and wants to build something from the ground up.

A productive day in this role might look like this:

• Prospecting and reaching out to dental and veterinary practices, practice groups, and DSOs via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Running sequences and campaigns to fill your own pipeline, without waiting for inbound leads

• Hosting engaging demos for practice owners, practice managers, and group decisionmakers

• Moving deals from first contact to signed contract

• Sharing market feedback with our team in Europe to sharpen messaging and product fit for the U.S.

Your playground

• Own the full sales cycle with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and new business

• Target independent practices as well as multi-location groups (DSOs, veterinary groups)

• Help shape the U.S. go-to-market strategy: which segments, which regions, which messaging works

• Represent medikit at dental and veterinary trade shows, conferences, and industry events

• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth onboarding

• Report directly to Head of Sales

Is this you?

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS sales and/or the dental or veterinary industry

• A true outbound mindset: you’re comfortable with cold outreach, high activity levels, and building pipeline from scratch

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Understanding of how dental or veterinary practices operate is a strong plus

• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, excited to be the first U.S. sales hire

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM

• Based on the U.S. East Coast (required for overlap with our team in Europe)

• Willing to travel regularly for customer meetings, events, and trade shows
