We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Attendant (m/f/d) to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a Guest Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their visit to our establishment.

• Maintain a watchful eye on the guest area and take proactive measures to ensure guest satisfaction
• Serve as a role model for colleagues in providing outstanding hospitality
• Assist with table service and support team members in their duties
• Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the guest areas
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in German; additional language skills are a plus
• Strong teamwork abilities and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Problem-solving aptitude to handle unexpected situations
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry moderate loads
• Familiarity with local culture and attractions in Vienna is beneficial
