German Content Moderator | On-site in Barcelona (with Relocation Package)

Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site)
Role: German Content Moderator
Salary Range: €24,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
Schedule: 38.5 hours per week
Working Hours: Fixed shifts – Morning (08:00–16:00) or Afternoon (16:00–00:00)
Work Days: Monday to Sunday (2 consecutive days off per week)

We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join a dynamic and inclusive team in Barcelona as Content Moderators. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a safer digital environment while growing professionally in a vibrant international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform policies and guidelines

• Monitor for harmful, inappropriate, or non-compliant material

• Take appropriate moderation actions to support a safe user environment

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and content standards

Candidate Requirements

• Native or C1 / C2 -level proficiency in German, with advanced English

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive material

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
