Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat from a remote setting.
• Address customer inquiries related to IT products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to identify common issues and develop strategies for enhancing customer service.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and changes in technology.
• Proactively share ideas for process improvements and contribute to team goals.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or IT sector, is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
