Role: German-speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting international customers via phone, chat, or email

• Solving issues and offering clear product guidance

• Representing global tech, retail, or travel brands

• Ensuring top-quality service with empathy and professionalism

Youre a Great Fit If You:

• Speak German fluently (C1/native)

• Have a good level of English (B2+)

• Communicate well and enjoy problem-solving

• Are an EU citizen or legally allowed to work in Greece

• Have basic computer skills
