German Speaking ECM Consultant

To support our growing team in Graz, Austria, we are looking for a dedicated ECM Consultant (m/f/d) to actively drive our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting & Strategy: Advise clients on designing and deploying modern Enterprise Content Management solutions.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows, spot areas for improvement, and create sustainable ECM strategies.
• System Integration: Merge disparate systems and data repositories into cohesive platforms, ensuring flawless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Bridge Builder: Act as the main liaison between end-users, business departments, and the technical implementation team.
• Requirements Management: Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and support users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance & Enablement: Perform system testing, craft clear documentation, and deliver hands-on user training.

Desired Profile

• Education: A completed degree or vocational/technical qualification (e.g., HTL) in IT, business, or a related technical field.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding or hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • ECM/DMS platforms (e.g., d.velop)
  • Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online
  • Accounts payable workflows / Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Compliance and governance (e.g., GDPR, digital archiving, audit compliance)
• Soft Skills: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, an autonomous work ethic, and a genuine passion for digital tools.
• Languages: Fluent German (at least C1 level for client consulting) and proficient English (minimum B2 level).

Compensation: Due to legal regulations in Austria, we note that the collective bargaining agreement minimum applies. However, the actual target salary range for this role is €50,000 to €70,000 gross per year, depending on your specific qualifications and relevant experience.
