Key Responsibilities

• Offer top-notch customer support to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat.
• Help guests with inquiries regarding travel itineraries, accommodation options, activities, and sightseeing opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer issues with urgency and care, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Share valuable knowledge about Greece’s destinations, culture, and travel options.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions to improve service offerings and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate effective solutions and services for guests.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written); English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• A good understanding of Greece and its tourism industry is a plus.
• A genuine love for travel and helping others shape their experiences.
• Must be able to work remotely while being available during specified support hours.
