Together with a strong team of Global Talent Managers, you'll deliver impactful solutions and make a difference in our talent strategy. As Global Head of Talent, you'll lead the global talent function, overseeing the development and execution of strategies, frameworks, and initiatives to attract, select, manage, develop and grow top talent across the organization. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams worldwide to shape and influence the long-term and mid-term talent strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.

PROVIDE STRATEGIC INSIGHTS AND REPORTING
Senior HR Manager with extensive experience (+10 years) in talent management on a global or multi-regional scope
Academic degree, ideally in HR or Org. Psychology with a focus on talent management
Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in talent management practices to achieve business results
Open and adaptable, willing to understand our purpose and philosophies-driven talent approach, and prepared to challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative talent solutions
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering a portfolio of complex global talent projects and initiatives
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders as well as to lead the talent management function
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights, design global processes, and work with state-of-the-art (IT) tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 5,472 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
