Global Market Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Pharma & Healthcare team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced Global Market Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You are responsible for providing market, customer, and competitor intelligence, which informs strategy development and drives an external awareness throughout the organisation
• You conduct global, regional and segment-based market studies to identify trends and growth opportunities
• You are responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting relevant teams with understanding and subsequent actions
• You have the opportunity to present on key topics on a monthly basis to our global commercial team
• You work with senior business leaders across innovation, sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive market insights located in more than 10 different countries
• You drive in-depth customer understanding through the creation of detailed customer profiles and support sales growth through lead generation activities
• You have a pivotal role in the innovation team’s launch of new products, technologies and materials though market research which enables the creation of business cases

Your Profile

• You possess a degree in Business, Marketing or Strategy a Master’s in Business is desirable
• You gained around 5 years of professional experience in market research, experience in the secondary packaging or healthcare industry is beneficial
• You have strong communication, presentation and networking skills paired with a team-oriented attitude and global, multi- and intercultural understanding
• You exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and distill complex information
• You are able to build rapport and engage with stakeholders cross-functionally and at multiple levels
• You are proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
