Lead programs [insert group/functional area] related projects to solve complex business problems. Bachelor's degree in Engineering 15+ years of experience in the semiconductors's industry environment, preferably in the area of spin-clean or dry-etch semiconductors 12+ years of related experience in project/program management Solid experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support Proven experience in dealing with global suppliers Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
