Why This Role Is Unique:
This isn’t just another developer job. It’s an intentional cross-training pathway to help skilled application developers from .NET or Java backgrounds move into Salesforce development. You’ll be supported by experienced Salesforce engineers and provided with the tools and training to succeed in this high-growth space.
What You’ll Do:
· Contribute to Salesforce platform projects with guidance and gradually increase autonomy as you cross-train
· Deliver well-structured code and participate in unit testing
· Collaborate with senior developers on code and design reviews
· Debug and troubleshoot code within your own development area
· Engage with business analysts and technical architects to understand requirements
· Identify improvements in development practices and contribute to evolving team standards
· Schedule and manage your own workload to meet agreed priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- Must-Have Experience:
- Hands-on development experience in .NET (C#) or Java
- Familiarity with OOP principles, design patterns, and API integrations
- A strong foundation in software engineering best practices
- Willingness to transition into Salesforce development through structured on-the-job training
