Graphic Designer Trainee (m/f/d)

This is where we create, design, and tell the visual stories behind our brand – and this is exactly where we need someone like you: as our new Graphic Designer Trainee (m/f/d) full-time, initially limited to 6 months.

You’ll help bring our brand to life across all touchpoints – from our three hotels to corporate communication. Whether it’s designing visuals for campaigns, developing content for social media, or supporting creative projects across departments – you’ll be right in the middle of it all, helping shape the visual identity of LOISIUM and leaving your creative mark.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt visual content for three hotels across all platforms (digital, print, social media, web, in-house materials, etc.);

• Participate in company-wide creative projects, including branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and guest experience enhancements;

• Contribute to content production such as photography, video, animations, and storytelling;

• Support the team in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all properties;

• Assist in developing design concepts from initial brief to final execution;

• Stay updated with design trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our visual strategy.

Your Profile:

• Ongoing or completed education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field;

• A strong eye for design, layout, and typography;

• Interest in branding, hospitality, and lifestyle-related design;

• Understanding of content creation and digital media formats;

• Organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback;

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).

The base monthly gross salary for this position, according to the Austrian Collective Agreement for Employees in Information & Consulting, is € 2,113.35 (fulltime).
