• Coordination of the entire kitchen area to ensure a smooth Process in compliance with quality
  

•  Creation of all menu plans and cost calculations
  


• Monthly inventory (ongoing management of FF&E and O&E lists)
  


• Creation of daily and monthly reports to the management
  


• Close and professional cooperation with all suppliers and business partners
  


• Mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to around 10-20 employees

• Creation of complete forecasts, plans and departmental production reports for the directorate
  


• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) for the entire F&B area in cooperation with the restaurant management

Requirements

• Completed subject-specific training and several years of experience in comparable positions in the upscale hotel or catering industry

• Very good knowledge of German and English
