About the Role

• Providing legal advice and assessments to the Management Board, Supervisory Board and business units in company related legal and compliance matters
• Legal lead with public procurement procedures and for M&A projects
• Lead in assessing, drafting, revising and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts (national and international)
• Legal Compliance and Corporate Governance with focus on capital markets
• Responsibility for investment management of local and international companies
• Responsibility for legal support and coordination for all corporate activities (Corporate Housekeeping)
• Lead and mentor the Vienna-based legal and board affairs team and liaison with lawyers at the group affiliates

Your Profile

• Completed law studies & one year of judicial service
• Postgraduate studies
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar position in a listed company
• Leadership experience and hands-on approach
• German at native language level
• Proficiency in business English
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bar examination will be considered a plus
