we are looking for dynamic and experienced head of IT (f/m/x) . You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure, and driving the strategic vision for technology within the company.

as a leader of our handpicked team of experts, you

• develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives,
• oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including cloud infrastructure, IT-security and software systems,
• provide guidance and support to our IT & cloud community,
• are an important sparring partner and advisor for C-Level for all IT & cloud relevant topics,
• lead and manage the IT team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations,
• collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions,
• establish processes and Implement fitting tools,
• understand future needs to align data, processes, and requirements for the next phase, and
• develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.

Requirements

you want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy and

• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
• have at least 10 years of experience in IT,
• are experienced in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives,
• have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams,
• have excellent knowledge of AWS related services & technologies and their applications. (ECS, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, …)
• have a solid understanding of shell scripting and Python
• have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies,
• are fluently speaking English, German Is a plus,
• have strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions, and
• are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
