Green Cube is a landmark new studiohouse development in Vienna, Austria, consisting of 319 fully furnished serviced studios with ensuite bathrooms (many with balconies), 36 underground parking spaces, and ~300sqm of commons areas on the ground floor with access to an inner courtyard. The property is expected go live between Q2 2026. 

About the Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily housekeeping operations at Green Cube Vienna. 

You will ensure rooms and public areas meet quality standards, supervise outsourced cleaning teams, and coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

• Supervise cleaning of rooms and common areas 


• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards


• Prioritize cleaning tasks based on arrivals and departures 

2. Team Coordination 

• Manage outsourced housekeeping staff 


• Conduct daily briefings and task allocation 

3. Quality Control 

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in room status 


• Ensure adherence to SOPs and standards 

4. Inventory & Reporting 

• Manage supplies, linen, and stock levels 


• Track damages, lost & found, and discrepancies 

5. Cross-Department Coordination 

• Work with Front Office and Maintenance teams


• Ensure quick resolution of operational issues 

6. Compliance & Standards 

• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed


• Support audit and reporting processes 

Qualifications

Must-have: 

• 1-3 years in housekeeping supervision 


• Strong attention to detail and organization English required; German level minimum B2

Minimum gross salary of €2,492 (BG 2); willingness to pay above the minimum with relevant experience.

Green Cube ist ein bedeutendes Neubauprojekt eines Studio Apartment Hotels in Wien, Österreich, mit insgesamt 319 voll möblierten Serviced Studios mit eigenen Badezimmern (viele davon mit Balkon), 36 Tiefgaragenstellplätzen sowie ca. 300m2 Gemeinschaftsflächen im Erdgeschoss mit Zugang zu einem Innenhof. Die Inbetriebnahme ist für das zweite Quartal 2026 geplant.

Über die Rolle 

Wir suchen eine detailorientierte und proaktive Housekeeping Supervisorin / einen detailorientierten und proaktiven Housekeeping Supervisor zur Unterstützung der täglichen Housekeeping-Abläufe im Green Cube Vienna. 

Sie stellen sicher, dass Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen, überwachen externe Reinigungsteams und arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. 

Hauptaufgaben 

1. Täglicher Betrieb 

• Überwachung der Reinigung von Zimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen


• Kontrolle der Zimmer zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards


• Priorisierung der Reinigungsaufgaben basierend auf An- und Abreisen 

2. Teamkoordination 

• Steuerung externer Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter 


• Durchführung täglicher Briefings und Aufgabenverteilung 

3. Qualitätskontrolle 

• Identifikation und Behebung von Abweichungen im Zimmerstatus


• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SOPS und Standards 

4. Inventar & Reporting 

• Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmaterialien, Wäsche und Lagerbeständen


• Dokumentation von Schäden, Fundsachen und Abweichungen 

5. Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit 

• Zusammenarbeit mit Front Office und Maintenance 


• Sicherstellung einer schnellen Lösung operativer Probleme 

6. Compliance & Standards 

• Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards


• Unterstützung bei Audits und Reporting-Prozessen 

Qualifikationen 

Muss-Kriterien: 

• 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Housekeeping-Supervision


• Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit


• Englisch erforderlich; Deutsch mindestens Niveau B2 

Nice-to-have: 

• Erfahrung in Hotel- oder Serviced-Apartment-Betrieb


• Erfahrung mit externen Housekeeping-Dienstleistern
