Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist who will play a vital role in driving the company's success by implementing and overseeing human resources programs throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with people leaders and our local and global HR Team, you will ensure that these programs are aligned with the organization's objectives and meet all regulatory standards:
- Work efficiently to deliver operational processes and maintain high quality standards for the local HR department by managing the administration of contracts, agreements, policies, procedures, and programs related to human resources.
- Provide guidance and support to people leaders and employees during change situations, when necessary, in collaboration with the local work council.
- Identify, develop, and implement local HR initiatives in close cooperation with the local and global HR Team.
- Implement and monitor HR programs and policies throughout the entire employee lifecycle, working closely with the Director Human Resources.
- Assist the HR department team members in achieving strategic HR objectives and ensure that every team member has timely access to the necessary information for efficient and coordinated daily workflows.
- Ensure full compliance of HR processes with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience in a specialist or generalist role, preferably in an international dynamic business environment
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal requirements for Austria, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualities: Passion for people, culture, employee experience and lean and efficient HR organization, proactive, open-minded, and independent working style
- Languages: Very good English and German skills (C1 level)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 55.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
