Your Mission As an Installation Supervisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the independent execution and supervision of installation and assembly projects at customer sites in Austria and abroad. You will coordinate installation teams, ensure quality and safety compliance, and act as clients’ main on-site representative.

Your Responsibilities
Independent preparation, execution, and supervision of installation and assembly works

Supervision and implementation of fireproof linings

Execution of service assignments, including repairs and fault analysis

Support and monitoring of commissioning activities

Preparation, maintenance, and control of construction site documentation

Technical leadership, coordination, and billing of installation teams

Scheduling and coordination with other trades and contractors

Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations (ASchG) and internal safety standards

Support in project costing and calculations

Coordination with customers and partner companies on site

Proper organisation and management of construction sites

Acting as the main point of contact for customers during installation works

Your Profile
Completed vocational training (Lehre) as a bricklayer, concrete worker, or similar technical trade

At least 3 years of professional experience as a supervisor or foreman on construction sites

Experience in managing assembly or installation projects

Knowledge of combustion engineering is an advantage

Confident user of MS Office; CAD knowledge is a plus

German and English required (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel 100%

Forklift licence

Driving licence class B
