International HR Business Partner

To strengthen our motivated Group HR Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate International HR Business Partner (m/f/d). 

Your Role

• You advise and support management teams across several countries on HR-related topics across the employee lifecycle, aligned with business and organisational needs
• You manage end-to-end employment processes, including cross-border recruitment, talent management topics, disciplinary matters, termination processes, and HR policy guidance and interpretation, in line with legal requirements and regulations
• You shape and implement organisational and structural measures, including workforce adjustments, site-related changes, and M&A activities, from preparation to execution
• You handle labour law, employee relations, and compensation-related topics in close cooperation with legal experts and local HR teams, ensuring consistent and compliant execution
• You collaborate proactively across the Group HR organisation and with Group HR Centres of Expertise (CoEs) on the execution of strategic HR initiatives, sharing expertise and driving solution-oriented outcomes
• You contribute to and support Group HR projects with a pragmatic, hands-on, and execution-focused approach

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field, and bring at least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, multi-country environment, ideally within a manufacturing or producing organisation
• You have strong experience supporting management teams in complex organisations, with a focus on HR operations, business-oriented HR partnering, and robust HR process execution
• You possess solid knowledge of labour law across multiple countries and are experienced in applying legal and regulatory requirements in practice
• You demonstrate proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• You are hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a high level of service and stakeholder focus
• You convince with your strong communication skills in English and German (C-Level), on team- and senior management level

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 125,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
