International Key Account Manager

Are you a dynamic go-getter, a problem-solving enthusiast, and a strong negotiator at heart? If so, we want you to join our team as International Key Account Manager. In this role, you will secure a strong, profitable, and sustainable Private Label Tissue business with our European key customer. Reporting to the International Key Account Director, you will play a important role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.


What You Will Do

As the International Key Account Manager, you will:

Take full P&L responsibility for several countries, developing local account strategies, promotion planning, product development, and more;

Support the IKAM Director in developing and executing the European customer strategy for European key customer, aiming to achieve ambitious financial and volume targets;

Prepare and execute yearly price/condition and assortment overviews for local and international negotiations;

Regularly monitor capacity situations with Supply & Demand Planners to ensure supply safety for customers and improve forecast accuracy;

Be responsible for delivering regular promotional and listed article concepts and optimizing the existing assortment in close cooperation with Product Management;

Lead selected customer projects and conduct category management analysis, market research, and market reports for the customer in collaboration with Product Management;

Build a strong internal network with local and international Sales & Product Management departments and all Private Label sites across Europe;

Collaborate closely with the customer team to drive mutual success.


Who You Are

We are looking for someone with:

A customer-centric mindset, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations;

Exceptional team player skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships;

Fluency in English and German (proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous);

A global perspective with a deep understanding of international markets and cultures;

A university degree and at least 7 years of experience in FMCG Sales/Marketing;

Willingness to travel across Europe.
