MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. \n\n## Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!\n\nTo strengthen our motivated Sales Team at our Group Services location in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate and result-oriented International Key Account Manager (m/f/d). \n\n## Your Role\n\n * You will be the first point of central contact for customers as well develop and execute a clear strategy\n * You will build and maintain productive customer relationships that support business growth and profitability \n * You generate new customers and contribute to the growth of our business and the profitability\n * You coordinate closely with all internal stakeholder and our Management and Sales Team\n * You drive innovation projects with the customer, factories and technical experts, as well as projects on cost optimization \n * You reliably identify our client needs and communicate these back to the organization\n * You will participate and lead tenders \n * You will be responsible for the reporting on the progress of the business to the Management and internal stakeholders\n * International travel of up to 40%-50% to our customers and production sites is a given\n\n\n\n## Your Profile\n\n * You have completed an academic education with a technical or business focus or you have experience in the FMCG industry and/or with multi-international customers in Europe\n * You have 5 - 8 years of relevant B2B experience in Sales, packaging industry paper and cardboard would be an advantage\n * You are passionate in working with strategic customers with your excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels\n * You are a team player who enjoys being part of a growing business and getting things done\n * You are a self\u2011confident, dynamic, and ambitious professional with a structured working style who remains calm and effective in new and challenging situations\n * As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage\n * Your willingness to travel within Europe is 40% - 50%\n\n\n\n## Our Offer\n\nWe offer you a workplace in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
