The Cost Controlling department comprises a dynamic team responsible for HR Controlling, Cost Controlling and Outsourcing Governance. We serve as a strategic partner for cost and outsourcing management, including contract governance.

Your Tasks

Assisting in the creation of regular as well as ad-hoc reports

Support in data quality improvements related to contract management

Communication to various business units and counterparts

Supporting the team in further digitalization of processes and reports

Your Background

Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics

You enjoy analyzing data, working with details but also the communication and presentation of your results

You are characterized by enjoyment of teamwork, commitment and resilience

Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook); Tableau is an advantage

Fluency in English - German is an advantage

Our Offer

Exciting and challenging part-time internship (30-35h/week) as of August or September 2024 until December 2024

We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and of Erste Group
