IoT Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilites: 

• Technical IoT expert support of our sepioo® hard- and software products 

• Problem analysis, processing and follow-up of customer and partner requests 

• Reproduction of errors / customer specific use cases 

• Close cooperation with the development, devops and q&a team  

• Help building a support organization including tools, processes and people 

Education:

• HTL or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support for hard- and/or software or in software development

Skills/Abilities:

• Programming skills (C#, Java, script languages) desirable 

• High degree of responsibility and ability to work in a team 

• Distinct ability to analyze and structured way of working 

• Independent solution-oriented work style and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  

Languages:

• Good English and German skills, both written and spoken

For the advertised position, a KV minimum basic salary of 3,843.00 euros gross per month applies, with readiness for KV overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
