IT M&A and PMI Consultant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Group IM at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate IT M&A and PMI Consultant (m/f/d). 

Your Role

• As part of the team, you support delivery of IT Due Diligence, IT post-merger integration and IT separation/carve-out assignment from it initiation to completion
• lndividually, you lead or support IT M&A project management activities such as initiation, execution and closing
• You actively and continuously contribute to your teams' internal improvements and development
• You are communicating with various internal and external project stakeholders on a daily basis 
• You establish and manage relationships between various project parties
• You are committed to represent Group Information Management team policies, procedures and culture 

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
• You have experience in IT post-mergers activities such as integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs and as a project manager or technical leader in IT infrastructure projects
• You have in-depth experience in multiple IT disciplines, including Networking, Server Virtualization, Backup, Storage, Security, Digital Workplace, Application and Database Integration
• You have experience in system integration involving on-premise technology and cloud platforms
• You have demonstrated experience in identifying and problem-solving related to processes and technical solutions
• You have good communication skills (C-level) in English
• You are willing to travel internationally up to approx. 30%

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
