Corza Medical is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12-18 month contract to support our IT TSA Exit Strategy for a site in Linz, Austria. As our IT Project Manager you will manage 2-3 work streams, including but not limited to, company ERP, quality management systems, regulatory software and lab system support. You will work with the business to solve process needs and manage system related initiatives. Report into our Director, IT PMO based in Connecticut, USA. What you will do

• Assist in maintaining the project plan / timeline for 2-3 IT workstreams, including but not limited to infrastructure, lab operations, QA.
• Coordinate with business users on a daily basis to ensure task completion, demonstrations and data transfer is appropriately completed.
• Engage stakeholders for participation in requirements, testing, review, and go live support.
• Continuously work with management to determine strategies.
• Provide status reports (RAID, 4 Blockers) and documentation to IT Management, CORE Teams and Steering Committees.
• Ensures that system applications are developed in a way that complies with established standards, methodologies and practices.
• Monitors and informs Information Technology (IT) management, users/clients about the status of various projects.
• Anticipates and identifies problems that inhibit the achievement of project objectives, develops and implements corrective actions.
• Fosters and maintains good relationships with customers to ensure processes are integrated and meet expected customer expectations.
• Conduct yourself consistent with company standards at all times during work hours or when acting as a company representative.
• Apply IT policies and procedures approved by the IT management team.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Performs other assigned or required duties.
• Proficient with the following:
  • Smart Sheet or other applicable project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and finance business processes.
  • Planning and execution of projects from the visualisation phase to implementation.
  • Sense, aptitude and commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams and multiple projects at the same time.
  • Analytics, problem solving, and willingness to learn.
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to a job well done.
  • Must be able to work independently, but also as a strong team player.
  • Must show knowledge of the common uses of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

What you will need (job requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science or similar field.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing IT systems.
• The ability to communicate effectively with end users.
• The desire to learn and support new systems as implemented.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage a number of business requests at once.
• High level skill with Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to work flexible hours with team members across time zones.
• Fluent in both English and German, verbal and written.
• Project Management certifications or PMP is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel to Linz, Austria (10-15%) for meetings with business users.
