Projekt- & Strategiemanagement

• Analyse von Projektinitiativen & technologische Machbarkeitsprüfung


• Selbstständige Leitung & Umsetzung von IT-Kleinprojekten


• Aufbereitung & Vorbereitung von strategischen IT-Themen (z.B. Digitalisierung, Network)


• Technischer Ansprechpartner & Schnittstellenkoordinator für externe Dienstleister & Softwarehersteller

Modern Workplace & Collaboration

• Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung (inbes. SharePoint Online & Teams) – Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) von Vorteil


• Modernes Client- und Mobile-Device-Management (MDM, z.B. via Microsoft Intune) für Smartphones, Tablets und Notebooks


• Bereitstellung (Provisionierung) und Lifecycle-Management von IT-Infrastruktur und Arbeitsplätzen

Infrastruktur, Cloud & Applikationen

• Wartung & Monitoring der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, LAN/WLAN, Virtualisierung via VMware, Cloud-Services, Telefonie)


• Identity & Access Management: Konten- und Berechtigungsverwaltung im on-premises Active Directory sowie in Microsoft Entra ID (ehemals Azure AD)


• Administration & Monitoring von Datenbanken (MS SQL Server, idealerweise Kenntnisse in Failover Cluster Instances / Availability Groups)


• Unterstützung im SAP-Umfeld (z.B. 1st-Level SAP-Basis-Support)

IT-Support & Service Desk

• Persönlicher, telefonischer und remote 1st- & 2nd-Level User-Support (Helpdesk)


• Lösung von Hard- & Softwareproblemen sowie Dokumentation im Ticket-System

 IHR PROFIL

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (AHS/HTL)


• Serviceorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit


• Analytische Fähigkeiten


• Proaktives, eigenverantwortliches Vorgehen sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise


• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse


• Team Player mit Qualitätsbewusstsein
