Your role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Marketer to join our multi-disciplinary performance marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues on the development and execution of international marketing campaigns and content.

• You will be involved in the creation, editing and publication of content promoting Process Management, Enterprise Architecture and Governance, Risk & Compliance in English and German language .
• You will assist with ongoing SEO measures, e.g. keyword optimization and internal link building, to ensure our pages rank well in organic search and allow easy content navigation for our users.
• You will co-create campaigns, launch and optimize them to ensure our topics attract a relevant audience.
• You will participate in performance marketing workshops to jointly identify and leverage optimization potential.

Your profile

• Excellent command of (spoken and written) German and English
• Completed Master studies in international marketing, business, or communication science
• A keen eye for layout and graphics, preferably with experience in Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• You are detail-oriented, organized and have an affinity for writing
• Experience in content management systems like WordPress using page builders like Avada
• Experience with email (automation) suites or other marketing technologies is an advantage

Salary range

From EUR 3,100.- gross / month by full-time employment (40hrs)
