This position reports to

Head of Legal

Your role and responsibilities

• Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts (intellectual property, sales, etc.)
• Support in the development, updating and standardization of contract templates (e.g. non-disclosure agreements)
• Ongoing support and management of corporate law issues in a national and international context
• Participation in national and international projects
• Contract management (electronic contract life-cycle management)
• Communication with relevant stakeholders within the ABB/B&R Group

Qualifications for the role

• Completed studies in law or business law
• Prior knowledge of international contract and commercial law in particular
• Fluent in written & spoken German & English
• Strong analytical and structured working skills
• Confidentiality and loyalty
• Self-confident and professional appearance, as well as assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and proactive

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of 3 665,31 € gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
