Junior Manager (m/f/d) - Product Development Wood-Based Materials Industry

Our client is a well-established and highly successful Austrian industrial company operating internationally. For the central location in Salzburg, we are currently seeking a motivated and committed individual (m/f/d) as a Junior Manager in Product Development Wood-Based Materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying new trends and translating them into innovative product solutions, from concept to market launch
• Market analysis and benchmarking
• Ongoing communication with customers and suppliers
• Presenting product innovations to key accounts
• Supporting product portfolio management and assortment maintenance

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education with a focus on wood technology (technical college, HTL, university of applied sciences)
• Professional experience and knowledge of the wood-based materials industry
• Creativity, strong interest in wood and design
• Ability to think in a structured and interconnected manner
• Independent working style, organizational skills, and cost awareness
• Solid MS Office skills; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp) is an advantage
• Fluent German skills
