The Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions Team at Modul University Vienna is looking for:

Initiate, plan and lead MU marketing campaigns
Plan, develop, and implement online and offline content
Creation and delivery of marketing reports, marketing research and competitor analysis
Support in the creation, management and evaluation of customer journey maps
Tracking and reporting on agreed KPIs, ROI and other relevant marketing metrics
Oversee the creation of marketing materials (i.e., brochures, give-away articles, etc.)
Provide marketing support for in-house and external events
Help to manage the MU brand online and for the different university locations (at present Vienna and Nanjing)
Support in the organization of recruitment activities (i.e., university tours, information evenings, open days, high school visits, fairs, agents’ events, etc.)
Manage relations with marketing partners

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must
Relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management and communications
Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask
Proactive, agile and engaged attitude
Effective planning and time management skills
IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office
Valid work permit in Austria
