Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior Marketing Specialist (all genders) Full-time (40 h/w) in Vienna, Austria

Modul University Vienna is an international private university and offers cutting-edge education at BBA, BSc, MSc, MBA and PhD levels. Students and staff come from over 70 countries around the world, providing for a multicultural and diverse work environment.

The Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions Team at Modul University Vienna is looking for:
  • Initiate, plan and lead MU marketing campaigns
  • Plan, develop, and implement online and offline content
  • Creation and delivery of marketing reports, marketing research and competitor analysis
  • Support in the creation, management and evaluation of customer journey maps
  • Tracking and reporting on agreed KPIs, ROI and other relevant marketing metrics  
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (i.e., brochures, give-away articles, etc.)
  • Provide marketing support for in-house and external events
  • Help to manage the MU brand online and for the different university locations (at present Vienna and Nanjing) 
  • Support in the organization of recruitment activities (i.e., university tours, information evenings, open days, high school visits, fairs, agents’ events, etc.)
  • Manage relations with marketing partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment
  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management and communications
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Proactive, agile and engaged attitude
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Valid work permit in Austria
  • A challenging and varied job at a private university which is looking to further expand its programs, research activities, and student numbers

  • An international and dynamic work environment 
  • A gross monthly salary of EUR 2400 (for 40 hours) paid out 14 times per year with additional remuneration based on qualifications and experience
