Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Junior) Messe- und Eventmanager:in

Plan and execute Gantner’s participation in international trade shows and conferences, such as FIBO in Cologne, to strengthen our market presence.
Develop and implement innovative trade show concepts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, such as specialists in exhibition design and construction.
Create and execute communication plans to effectively promote trade show appearances across online and offline channels.
Evaluate performance and optimize strategies based on feedback, KPIs, and lead analysis to continuously enhance our trade show approach.
Oversee project management and provide organizational and administrative support to the marketing team.

Completed education in marketing, event management, or a comparable qualification—or significant professional experience in organizing trade shows and events.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, paired with spatial awareness and an interest in technology.
Motivation and eagerness to take on new challenges in B2B marketing.
