Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

• As a Junior Treasury Analyst you support daily cash positioning and basic cash flow tracking

• You assist in monitoring bank accounts and preparing payment-related activities

• You help maintain treasury-related data and documentation

• You support the Treasury team with Treasury Management System (TMS) updates and checks

• You assist with bank-related KYC and compliance documentation

• You help reconcile cash balances and support treasury reporting

• You support internal controls and documentation for audits

• You assist with process improvements and automation initiatives

What makes you a great fit:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

• You have strong interest in finance, treasury, or corporate banking

• You have Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables are a plus)

• You have a basic understanding of accounting principles

• You are structured, reliable, and detail-oriented

• You are willing to learn and take on new tasks

• You have good communication skills and a proactive mindset

• You have the ability to work independently in a part-time setup alongside studies

• A previous internship or student job in finance is a plus, but not required

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 37.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
