Key Account Manager

Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a dedicated portfolio of existing mid-sized customers. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner to their business. Proactively uncover and develop new growth opportunities within your accounts by introducing solutions from our full hardware and software portfolio. Create and manage accurate sales forecasts and maintain diligent administrative records. Masterfully manage your own schedule and priorities to effectively serve your customers across Austria. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends within the T\u0026L, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment on future goals. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role. A Bachelor\u0027s degree in a business or technical discipline. Direct experience working with or selling into the T\u0026L, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare industries. Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English are mandatory. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong autonomy with exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
