We are hiring either temporary and/or permanently.

YOUR TASKS

  • You support and advise PAYBACK Online Affiliate partners from the eCommerce segment in Austria
  • You develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches to develop existing customers and acquire new customers
  • You define relevant KPIs for efficient budget allocation, manage the performance, and continuously develop all measures
  • You work closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
  • You have budget and forecast responsibility
  • You identify potentials based on market, industry, and company analyses and leverage them with your partners
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable professional qualification
  • You have relevant professional experience in digital performance marketing, are familiar with the affiliate business, and know what is currently driving eCommerce companies
  • Communication is your strength, you think customer-oriented and work results-oriented and proactively
  • You are data-driven, have good analytical thinking, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive suitable measures from them
  • You are confident in presentation and negotiation
  • You have excellent German and very good English skills
