Lead IT Service Management

To strengthen our motivated Group Information Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate IT Service Management Lead - Service Now (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You act as an active expert and mastermind in the development of our strategic Service Now platform
• You collaborate with stakeholders to operate and proactively enhance the Service Now platform
• You optimize the platform and incorporate manufacturer innovations
• You plan and implement proactive strategies for the continuous improvement of the Service Now platform
• You develop and maintain the platform in alignment with business objectives
• You collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions
• You implement best practices for platform optimization and performance enhancement
• You drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall user experience

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business economics or similar
• You have already gained 5 years of experience in a comparable position and you like to work with the Service Now platform
• You are familiar with the different Service Now topics (ITSM, GRC,CMDB, ITBM, Asset Management)  
• You have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices
• Service Now certification is a plus
• You are a reliable team player who is solution-oriented and works independently in a structured manner
• You keep up-to-date with the lastest industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into the platform
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C1+), other languages will be an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 90,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
