Your role in the team

As a Product Engineer (PE), you focus onengineering,value creation and product delivery

You will bringdifferentengineeringteams andstakeholderstogetherto create the best possible Dynatrace experience forourcustomers(use-case focus)

You are a close sparring partner to Product Management as a counselor and challenger to the Product Roadmap and are responsible to bringing the roadmap to life/our customers

You drive technical decisions andareresponsible for end-to-end delivery and a high-qualityoutcome

You will form internal project teams andc oordinate cross-team activity toenhance value creation

You will work with Product Owners and Architects to plan and break down the “WHAT problem we want to solve” into the “HOW to solve it”

Youmake surethat theteamsare alignedwith ourroadmap and that they can focus on their charter

You identifythe need for engineering power and find solutions withour Development leadership

Deep experiencein software development as SeniororPrincipal Software Engineer, Product Owner, Development TeamorDepartment Lead in an agile IT/Software environment

Severalyearsof technical leadershipexperience

Excellent communicationskills - you are able to get different stakeholders (Product Management, the team's Product Owner, Product Architects, ...) on the same page and align people and strategy

Youarea team player with passion for leading through coachingandmentoring

You are building strong relationships with your colleagues toadvance the business

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
