Legal Counsel Special (M&A) Projects

We are looking for a Legal Counsel for M&A and other special projects, equipped with solid professional experience, able to independently supervise, manage, and negotiate international projects. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• In this role you´ll supervise, manage and negotiate international mergers and acquisitions independently. This includes getting various stakeholders on board, carrying out due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating term sheets and final transaction documents, and supporting the closing and integration processes after the deal's completion.

• You´ll serve as Legal Counsel and take over project management responsibilities for corporate and other special projects such as Red Bull expansion projects and investments in an international context. This includes managing internal and external stakeholders and negotiating with external lawyers and partners.

• You´ll provide independent legal advice on and assistance with real estate and construction projects on a national and international scale. Responsibilities extend to liaising with internal stakeholders and negotiating with external partners and lawyers.

• Additionally, you´ll contribute by giving general legal advice in the areas of general civil law, data privacy law, commercial law, and, ideally, competition law.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel focusing on M&A, preferably within a reputable firm and/or the legal department of an international company.
• Law degree from a reputable university, with an added advantage of a post-graduate degree and a bar exam.
• Excellent English and German skills (written, spoken, contract negotiations).
• Successful track record of managing and negotiating M&A projects and working with international and top-level internal stakeholders.
• Competence to manage several projects at a time independently without losing oversight.
• Team player with a proactive mentality and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Capacity to work well under pressure, respect deadlines, and assume responsibilities.
