Maintenance Technician (f/m/d) – 3-shift operation

Your Role & Responsibilities

Grow within a team and learn the ‘highest discipline’ of technology – maintenance!

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite (3-shift operation)

- Repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines using state-of-the-art technology
- Continuous improvement and further development of machines and equipment
- Participation in maintenance projects
- Support during commissioning of machines and workstation systems

What it takes to Run what runs the world

- Motivation for technical tasks
- Completed technical vocational training in metalworking or electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics
- Strong technical understanding for fault analysis
- Independent and professional working style on machines and systems
- Careful, thorough, and reliable way of working
- German language skills required
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 48.880,68 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
