For our location in Vienna, we are looking for a highly organized team player to join our Fragrances department as a Marketing Assistant Fragrances
(Part-Time, 20 hours per week)

Your Tasks
Marketing Support: provide daily assistance to two Marketing Managers assigned categories, ensuring the smooth execution of various exciting marketing initiatives.
Market Research: conduct thorough desk market research, regular store checks, extract and analyze data from Euromonitor, Mintel, web searches, social media, brand websites, industry trend reports, events, and press releases. Print Material & Newsletters: prepare and manage print and digital materials, including newsletters, brochures, promo boxes, to support the commercial teams in Austria and Poland.
New products tracking: track new product launches across categories, manage new product shipments to headquarters, and maintain portfolios catalogues updated for our customers and competitors.
Creative Presentation: prepare or assist in trend and concept presentations using MS PowerPoint and Canva, supporting the designing process by providing packaging designs, visuals, templates, and illustrations.

Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
Ideally first hands-on experience in supporting marketing projects within an international organization.
Proactive approach to collaboration in a fast-paced environment, while also being able to thrive independently.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and orally).
Strong organizational abilities, ensuring seamless management of multiple projects with efficiency and precision.
Strong creativity and communication skills, coupled with analytical acumen, enabling the transformation of data into innovative ideas and compelling presentations.
Team-player skills, willingness to learn. Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Canva, with a flair for design through tools like Photoshop being a valuable addition.
Passion for marketing and fragrances, first experience in the Fragrances industry or similar is an asset.
