Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing activities and help grow the ConnectAd brand. This is the ideal role for someone early in their career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in event planning, branding, and communication, all within a fast-moving digital advertising environment. If you love storytelling, organizing events, and crafting impactful messages, we’d love to meet you.

Your mission

• Plan and coordinate industry events and sponsorships to strengthen our presence
• Contribute to shaping and evolving the ConnectAd brand across all touchpoints
• Package our unique selling points into clear and compelling messaging, internally and externally
• Support the creation and rollout of engaging content for internal updates and public channels

• A structured and organized working style with the ability to scout, plan, and coordinate industry events
• A creative mind and a passion for branding, messaging, and visual communication
• A collaborative spirit, comfortable working with internal teams to align messaging and strategy
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English 
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, or media industries
• Basic knowledge of social media strategies, PR, or design tools
