What We’re Looking for.

• You have at least one/two years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have experience with online marketing tools (SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, social media) as well as in campaign planning and management
• You speak English excellently both in speaking and writing
• You have a strong understanding of networks and digital trends
• You demonstrate high self-initiative, enjoy designing and writing, are results-oriented, and cost-conscious
• Strong communication skills, teamwork coupled with entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Experience in the agency sector is advantageous

In this dynamic role, you are not just executing tasks but truly becoming a part of a larger vision. You'll engage in daily collaboration with colleagues, emphasizing that most tasks require a collective effort for success to ensure a satisfied customer journey. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Executing marketing campaigns with regard to the customer journey (digital only as well as offline & online campaigns)
• Analyzing marketing efforts by collecting, measuring, and interpreting data from campaigns to assess their effectiveness and efficiency
• Managing the MILESTONE website within content creation
• Conducting researches to identify trends, audiences as well as competitors
• Coordinating all printed materials production from briefing graphic designers to taking care of the delivery logistic (brochures, flyers, posters, goodies)
• Ensuring that all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
• Organizing and managing photoshoots for existing and new locations
• Planning and executing external communication (transactional communication as well as ongoing newsletters)
• Preparing NPS surveys, analyzing the results and developing a specific action plan
• Coordinating industry fairs presence from scratch to finish (marketing materials as well as on-site support)
• Cooperating with external agencies and graphic designers
• Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
