Marketing Coordinator (m/f/x)

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Manager in running Kinnovis's day to day marketing output. You will own content production, trade show logistics for our French and Spanish markets and a set of operational tasks that keep the marketing function moving. You will also assist on feature release communications, resources for our customers and our video library, working to briefs set by the Marketing Manager & Head of Growth.

• Generate website content: landing pages, blog articles, direct mail and print collateral, built to brief and in line with our brand voice guide.
• Organise trade show logistics for France and Spain: flights, hotels, stand equipment and on-site coordination, with support from the Marketing Manager.
• Manage social channels: across all our social platforms.
• Support feature release write-ups: draft copy from the Marketing Manager's brief for our backlog of release announcements.
• Support with video content: help coordinate filming and update animations as features change.
• Cross-team support: vendor coordination, office administration and support for internal and external events.
