Marketing Manager - Web3

Your mission: 

As our Web3 Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing Bitpanda’s Web3 vision to life. You’ll design and lead thoughtful, creative campaigns that build awareness, welcome new users, and nurture an engaged and loyal community around our Web3 products. Working closely with our Commercial Web3 lead and collaborative teams across Bitpanda, you’ll turn strategy into meaningful marketing initiatives that resonate. With your knowledge of Web3 and your passion for community-building, you’ll help Bitpanda grow its presence in the space — strengthening our voice and building lasting connections.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Web3-specific marketing strategies, focusing on digital channels. 


• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.


• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to optimise marketing ROI, collaborating with brand, CRM, product marketing, and performance marketing teams.


• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.


• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, KOLs, and key partners. 

Who you are:

• A minimum of 3 years marketing experience in tech with a strong understanding of the Web3 industry - Crypto experience is a must.


• Fluency in English (any other language a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


• Strong project management and collaboration skills—you love working with different teams to bring campaigns to life.


• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign planning, execution and reporting, and making insight-led decisions.


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
