Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns.

Performance Marketing:

• Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs.

Direct Response Marketing:

• Implement direct response marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive customer conversions.
• Develop and refine customer journey funnels, optimizing for conversion and engagement.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize analytical tools and data-driven insights to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Budget Management:

• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and performance metrics.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in performance marketing and direct response.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
