Master Data Management Lead (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Board & Paper Business Process Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated Master Data Management Lead (m/f/d). 

Your Role

• You lead the definition of master data management guide lines and processes in all supply chain domains (e.g., product data, production data, inventory data, order processing parameters)
• You work with a team of business process managers to identify the needed master data details, as part of a S/4 HANA SAP system template build and roll-out projects
• You define master data governance structures and activate them in partnership with management
• You work with data owners and data stewards in the organization to enable daily operations of master data management, including training documents creation and hands on trainings
• You lead and support master data cleanup activities in cooperation with data owner
• You monitor master data KPIs for all domains and data sources in compliance with data quality governance and continuously look for improvements

Your Profile

• You have a degree in economics, IT, Supply Chain Management or in a related field
• You have already gained min. 3 years of experience in leading process, project or change management, ideally in paper industry or a similar industry (e.g. steel, chemicals, building materials)
• You have hands-on experience in implementing IT or change projects, ideally in an international and multi-cultural context
• You have gained practical experience in working with ERP (preferable SAP), Master Data management systems, ticketing / service management systems (preferable AZURE DevOps and Service Now), MS Office is a benefit
• You are a reliable team player who is solution-oriented and works independently in a structured manner
• You are passionate to change our status quo and improve things with a can-do mentality and an open mindset
• You have excellent communication skills in English (C-Level) to interact with our different stakeholders, German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 70.000,- gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
