Mechanical Engineer - Water & Wastewater

Aufgaben

Mechanical basic and detail engineering for Water, Wastewater and Sludge Treatment Plants during Desing and Implementation Phase

Preparation of engineering documents such as PIDs, equipment lists, pipework lists, installation details in execution drawings etc

Support (remote) and Supervision (at site) of the Installation and Commissioning

Technical detailed specifications of mechanical equipment for cost estimation and as well for procurement during contract execution

Technical Clarification with suppliers for procurement

Coordination within the internal project team and with the suppliers

Preparation of technical plant documentation for commissioning and operation

Working as a key team member within an interdisciplinary team of engineers (civil, electrical, process …) in the design phase at the headquarter and during contract execution abroad at site

Qualifikationen

Technical Highschool (in Austria HTL) or University Degree (Master, MSc, Eng. or Dipl.-Ing.) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or similar professions

Understanding of Water and Wastewater Treatment plants

Professional experience in Plant Engineering & Construction

Professional experience in EPC or Design & Build contracts

Basic knowledge of planning and design tools such as AUTOCAD, Revit, Inventa or similar

Application-orientated knowledge of the English language (any additional language skill is an advantage)

Enjoy working in interdisciplinary, international project teams

Willingness for short-term travelling, availability for midterm assignment as EXPAT (3 – 8 months or more depending on the project size)

Wir bieten

For this position, a gross annual salary from 60.000 EUR is provided in addition, we offer a market-oriented overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.For assignments abroad, secondment contracts are concluded depending on the country and length of the assignment.
