• Transportlogistische Kundenbetreuung verschiedener Divisionen, einschließlich operativer Transportabwicklung sowie Abstimmung der Transportplanung unter Einhaltung der bestehenden Prozesse  
• Operative Transportorganisation für Transportdienstleister / 4flow, inklusive Abstimmung der Transportplanung, täglichem Track & Trace, Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Meetings und Erstellung von EMS-Tickets
• Tägliche Überprüfung der Lieferüberwachung, Datenbereinigung, Optimierung der Transportkosten und Unterstützung bei Neuausschreibungen
• Verwaltung des Transportdienstleister-Dashboards, einschließlich Prüfung des IST-Standes, Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung, Einschulung neuer Transportdienstleister und laufender Kommunikation
• Organisation und Überwachung von Sonderfahrten sowie Überprüfung und Aktualisierung der SAM-Daten

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (LAP, HAK, FH/UNI)
• Erfahrung im Logistikumfeld von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ; SAM- und ITMS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz (Deutsch C1)
• Wirtschaftliches Denken und Flexibilität
• Belastbarkeit und Konfliktmanagement

Zusätzliche Informationen: 

Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 2.891,-- und € 3.729,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
