We are seeking an experienced, results-driven individual to source and develop relationships with nut producers globally. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the nuts market to enhance our product offerings and drive our business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about the nuts industry, possesses strong negotiation skills, and has the ability to analyze market trends.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, source, and develop strong relationships with nut producers and suppliers around the globe.

·       Manage the procurement of various types of nuts, ensuring quality standards are met.

·       Negotiate contracts with suppliers, focusing on pricing, terms, and product quality.

·       Collaborate with the trading team to execute sourcing strategies and fulfill customer requirements.

·       Conduct market research to understand pricing trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor analysis.

·       Monitor global nut market trends and analyze data to make informed trading decisions.

·       Build and maintain a network of contacts within the nut industry, including growers, exporters, and buyers.

·       Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and documentation requirements.

·       Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential partners.

·       Provide regular updates and reports on market conditions, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities.

·       Collaborate with logistics and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality shipments.

• ·       Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in nuts trading, sourcing, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of the global nuts market, including supply chain processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and trends to drive business strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and build international relationships.
• Fluency in English and German is preferred.
