Online Marleting Manager (f/m/d)

As an Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d) at Nuki, you will be an important part of the E-Commerce team, providing an exceptional online experience to our customers. You will think of strategies for our content and products on our website and be hands-on in implementing them in close cooperation with other teams. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

Your Role

• You have an overview of all the website content and keep an eye on it to verify if it is up-to-date and relevant.
• You create, maintain and optimize concepts for website pages and landing pages and you make them visible for our customers. 
• You plan activities to increase the average order value and upselling possibilities.
• You maintain and promote products, services (e.g. our refer-a-friend program) and our loyalty program through our online channels, such as websites and newsletters.
• You create, implement and edit appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
• You work with other marketing departments planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

• You have a degree in marketing, e-commerce, sales or similar and have already gained at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with a strong focus on e-commerce, online marketing or user experience optimization.
• You have knowledge of HTML and CSS. 
• Preferably, you have worked with a content management system such as WordPress, e-commerce tools such as WooCommerce and customer data platforms such as Bloomreach.
• You have experience in email marketing.
• You have knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• You are familiar with relevant marketing tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, WebTrends, Matomo, Google Search Console).
• You focus on what is possible, take on responsibility and go the extra mile. 
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German skills are a plus. 
• You are organized and have project management skills.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,724.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
