P&O People Partner (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide credible P&O People Partnering to a diverse groups of leaders, managers and employees offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter. 
• Work alongside P&O network (Country Business Partners, Global Business Partners, Country P&O Board, Center Of Excellence, etc.), supporting the overall P&O strategy 
• Lead P&O operational excellence initiatives by driving quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of P&O-related processes 
• Drive the execution of organizational changes in line with country policies and principles 
• Provide advice for managers on labor law related matters and collaborate with local works council 
• Drive the local implementation of P&O projects on a business area and country-level

For this position the minimum salary is € 65,605.54/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. 

We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
